Manley Labs SLAM! Stereo Limiter & Mic Preamp with Original External Power Supply

Professional two-channel tube microphone preamplifier and stereo dynamics processor from Manley Laboratories.

This is the standard SLAM! configuration with microphone/instrument preamps, ELOP optical limiting and FET limiting on each channel. It is an extremely versatile high-end analog studio processor suitable for tracking, vocals, instruments, stereo bus processing and mastering applications.

This particular unit is marked SLAM! DIGITAL on the rear panel and includes the matching Manley SLAM! external 120V power supply and connection cable, as pictured.

Features include dual tube microphone preamps, selectable 48V phantom power and phase reverse, transformer-balanced inputs and outputs, instrument/DI inputs, ELOP optical limiters, fast FET limiters, stereo linking, dual VU meters and LED peak metering. Manley’s specifications list up to 60 dB mic-pre gain, 43 dB DI gain, 20 dB limiter gain, 5 Hz–60 kHz frequency response and 115 dB typical dynamic range.
