A genuine Mutable Instruments Grids, the classic topographic drum sequencer. Instead of programming steps, you explore a "map" of drum patterns learned from thousands of real beats, so every knob turn gives you musical, evolving rhythms.

What it does:

• Three trigger channels, with accent outputs for each. Patterns work best with channel 1 on kick, 2 on snare and 3 on hats or percussion. The accent outputs have their own patterns, which sound very musical on drum voices with accent inputs.
• Map X and Y: move through the pattern map, with CV inputs.
• Fill (density) per channel, with CV, from sparse to busy.
• Chaos: randomisation, with CV.
• Internal clock from 40 to 240 BPM with tap tempo, or external clock at 24, 8 or 4 PPQN, plus a reset input.
• Hidden Euclidean mode: switches to a 3-channel Euclidean sequencer, with step count and fill per channel.
• Options: trigger or gate outputs, and an alternative output layout with clock and reset outputs in place of two accents.
