Used 2008 PRS (Paul Reed Smith) DGT (David Grissom Trem) Gold Top in stock!

The DGT (David Grissom Trem) is a masterpiece signature model developed through more than two decades of collaboration between Paul Reed Smith and David Grissom. This particular instrument is a Gold Top from 2008, the very first year of its official release. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible!

Based on the traditional McCarty model, it features unique custom details throughout, including a slightly thinner DGT-exclusive neck profile and jumbo frets. The beautiful rosewood fretboard is accented with elegant old-school bird inlays.

At the heart of its sound are the specialized DGT humbuckers, meticulously developed to capture the ideal vintage tone. It is a wildly popular model for offering McCarty-like specifications with the added versatility of a tremolo bridge.

The control layout consists of 2 volume controls and a push/pull master tone. Engaging the coil-tap via the tone knob expands your palette to include thick, articulate, and rich single-coil tones.

Experience this exquisite vintage sound—the culmination of passion and craftsmanship from two experts who know vintage guitars inside and out.

The tuners have been upgraded from Phase II to Phase III, with plugged screw holes visible on the back of the headstock. Being 18 years old, it shows minor playing wear appropriate for its age, but nothing major or visually distracting. Thanks to the nitrocellulose lacquer finish, the natural sinking and light wear have given it a great, authentic character. True to PRS quality, the neck is in excellent condition, the truss rod is highly responsive, and there is no significant fret wear—making this a guitar ready to be cherished for years to come.
