X2017 Ernie Ball Music Man Monarchy Majesty 6 in Black Knight finish, with original Music Man Majesty hardshell case.
The Black Knight finish is relatively rare and does not come up for sale very often, particularly on the Monarchy Majesty, making this configuration increasingly difficult to find.
Manufactured August 22, 2017 in San Luis Obispo, California. Serial number M06625. Music Man’s factory database identifies this guitar as a Monarchy Majesty in Black Knight, with mahogany neck, polished ebony fretboard and matte black hardware.
The Black Knight finish is spectacular in person. It can appear nearly black in subdued light, while direct light brings out the deep burgundy/purple coloring and figuring beneath the finish. I’ve included photos under different lighting so you can see how much the appearance changes with the angle.
There are a few small cosmetic signs of use, which I have deliberately photographed closely rather than trying to hide them. Please look through all of the photos, including the close-ups, for the condition.
Features include the Majesty tremolo system, locking tuners, dual humbuckers, piezo system and the Majesty's onboard electronics. Original Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty molded hardshell case is included. The case shows normal exterior wear, particularly around the handle, but remains fully functional.
This is a genuinely beautiful instrument, especially in person. The figuring can look quite subdued in some light and then suddenly come alive as the angle changes, which is difficult to capture completely in photographs.
I’m happy to answer questions or provide additional photos of any specific area before purchase.
Guitar and original Music Man Majesty hardshell case only; anything not specifically stated as included is not included.
