A faithful re-creation of a combined VCF and VCA module included in a pioneering 1970s modular synthesizer, the Behringer 1006 Filtamp delivers vibey vintage tones to Eurorack enthusiasts.
The Behringer 1006 features a luscious four-pole ladder filter for remarkably smooth high-resolution filter sweeps, along with a resonance control that can spin the VCF into maddening self-oscillation.
Take advantage of the 1006’s Eurorack format to control the cutoff frequency via external devices by patching them into the front panel CV inputs.
Additionally, the CV inputs can be applied to the 1006’s VCA section for mesmerizing amplitude modulation, including polyrhythmic tremolo.
