1930 National Triolian walnut sunburst
Good condition, 6/10, Made in USA, including beat-up original hardcase.
Heavily restored guitar with a single aluminium cone in a steel body in walnut sunburst with a bound 12-fret neck and biscuit bridge typical of this era, by many preferred versus the later 14 fret models (but to each their own of course).
Has an aftermarket built in pickup with the output jack in the side, the biscuit and saddle have been replaced over the years.
Ugly amateur headstock repair (stable), old and probably original cone, original reversed gear tuners with engraved fleur de lys pattern, worn finish.
The fingerboard has been replaced (stained maple?) with new binding and dots of course.
The neck has been reset with a comfortable action, the new frets have no wear, great sound.
