Komet Concorde
Our users rate Reverb
This listing is for the Komet Concorde (pictured).
Hello Gents! I am really vexed trying to decide which one of these to keep. They don’t sound the same, they are both incredible…. Ugh! I will keep whichever one doesn’t sell first
I bought the Concorde new from Ultrasound. It has the upgraded flame maple cabinet and of course, I run it with vintage glass. I will not sell the vintage power tubes, but will include the vintage preamp tubes. It is the more versatile of the two amps and excels in both Fast and Gradual mode. I can’t make it sound bad…. This is my third Concorde and I was planning on it being the last one until I took the plunge and bought the Contellation.
The Constellation is 30 watts of awesome! I have vintage tubes in it as well. I will sell it with vintage preamp but the vintage EL84 are not for sale. (Will ship with modern power tubes).
