This listing is for a vintage silver flute made by Selmer in Elkhart, Indiana. These are essentially a Haynes Commercial flute in specs and quality featuring sterling silver construction throughout (sterling silver keys also), gold springs, closed hole mechanism with Y-arms, offset G, Bb trill, drawn rolled toneholes and C foot. The pads are older but this flute plays somewhat to low D. Would recommend a minimum of a COA service but ideally a full repad due to age of pads. Pitched in the key of C at A-440hz. Includes an Armstrong wooden case that has some stickers on the lid yet houses this flute securely.
