Excellent-condition Kurzweil K2000 V3 with the desirable SMP-K sampling option. This one has been kept in a smoke free studio, and has been recently serviced, including new rubber contact pads and a new contact circuit board, and it now plays beautifully. The keyboard feels great, the synth is in great cosmetic condition, and it sounds absolutely awesome. Selling as I have the rack mount version and need the extra space.

The factory sounds are a huge part of what made the K2000 legendary. Used on several famous songs including Robert Miles using Patch 1 Acoustic Piano on “Children” along with the Thunder sounds.

The K2000 and its factory sounds were used by an incredible range of artists and producers during the ’90s and beyond. It remains an amazing instrument for film scoring, electronic music, sampling, vintage digital sounds and deep sound design.
