Jose Ramirez 1A 1989 - 1989
"This is the finest Jose Ramirez 1A guitar in our collection. This 1986 Red Label guitar dates back to the experimental research period of this renowned workshop, featuring a special double-sided construction with Brazilian Rosewood sides. Inside, beneath the soundboard, it bears the number 5 stamp, indicating it was crafted by master luthier Pedro Contreras Valbuena (PC)—a very important detail.
As you can see, the Brazilian Rosewood set on this guitar is exceptionally aged, with a very dense and tight grain, unlike the more sparse grain commonly seen on other instruments. Furthermore, the condition of the guitar is phenomenal, with virtually no scratches despite being produced in 1989.
The scale length is 650mm, with a 52mm nut width. The string action at the 12th fret is 3mm for the 6th string and 2.5mm for the 1st string, allowing for effortless playability on this legendary instrument. And of course, its traditional tone is simply magnificent. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity."
