Rare Unlacquered Yellow Tweed finish featuring the stunning vintage-correct Oxblood and Gold stripe grille cloth. Unlike modern versions, this first gen model was proudly Made in Corona, California, USA. It looks, feels, and sounds like a premium, boutique machine straight out of the mid-90s.
Condition & Aesthetics: This amplifier is in truly excellent condition. It is a legitimate closet classic—the original clear protective plastic film is still intact on the front Fender nameplate logo.
* The beautiful unlacquered tweed has been meticulously preserved and is clean with no stains, tears, or frays.
* The oxblood and gold grille cloth is tight and immaculate.
* The mirror-chrome control panel is completely free of the typical pitting or rust found on amps of this vintage.
* It has been cared for exclusively in a smoke-free home studio.
* Outfitted with Electro-Harmonix (EHX) 6L6 power tubes, offering fantastic clarity, robust low end, and reliable performance.
* Dr. Watson Preamp/Power Amp Loop Attenuator Pot: attenuator control pot into the Preamp Out / Power Amp In jacks. This acts as a secondary master volume, allowing you to crank the preamp tubes into their sweet spot for rich, natural tube overdrive at true bedroom volume.
