Original 1970s dbx 160 Compressor/Limiter - the classic VU version with the wooden side cheeks. Serial no. 4893, made in USA (Waltham, Mass.).
Fully tested: powers up and passes audio, works great. Threshold, compression, output gain, and the VU meter all respond as they should.
Cosmetic wear from age: scuffs and marks on the faceplate, chassis, and wood cheeks. See photos.
Rear panel has the original barrier-strip input/output and meter calibration jacks. Attached power cable. 117V, 50-60Hz.
