Stock Jet City 50-watt heads are known for having failure-prone stock power transformers that run excessively hot. This unit has been upgraded with a heavy-duty Mercury Magnetics Power Transformer, completely eliminating that factory Achilles' heel while delivering improved dynamic headroom, punchier low-end response, and rock-solid reliability. In addition, it features a custom Channel Balancing Mod to fix the massive stock volume/gain jump between the Clean and Overdrive channels, allowing both channels to track smoothly and level-match effortlessly.

• Mercury Magnetics Power Transformer: Replaced the vulnerable stock PT with top-tier Mercury Magnetics iron. Runs cooler, dramatically increases long-term reliability, and tightens up overall transient response.
