This is a professional Cannonball A5-BR Brute Big Bell Stone Series alto saxophone in very good condition. I’m the second owner, and I hate to let it go, but I’m selling it to make room for some other instruments.

The saxophone was recently overhauled by a professional technician with black kangaroo leather pads and brass Maestro resonators from MusicMedic. It plays very well and has excellent response, projection, and feel.

The overhaul receipt will be provided to the buyer for verification.

It also includes the signed Cannonball engraving certificate, which is a nice piece of the instrument’s history, as well as the original Meyer-style mouthpiece.

Condition Note: One spring on the saxophone currently needs to be replaced (Side C knuckle key). This is the only known issue with the instrument. The spring has simply slipped out and needs to be replaced by a local instrument repair technician.

To account for this minor repair, I will provide a $30 discount to your offered price, which should cover the cost of having the spring replaced locally.

Other than this spring, the horn is in working condition and was recently professionally overhauled.

Overall, this is a really nice Cannonball Brute that plays extremely well and has had a significant amount of professional work put into it recently. I hate to see it sitting unused, and I’d much rather see it go to someone who will actually play and enjoy it.
