Mateki flutes are known for their exceptional craftsmanship. Unfortunately the company closed in 2019 following the death of their flute maker. I purchased this instrument brand new in 1985 to get me through college but loved it so much, I still have it 40 years later. It delivers a superb, responsive, and warm sound. Its mellow overtones lend itself to all genres of music. This gorgeous flute had a recent COA and is ready for its next owner. Only shipping within the US.
