Schecter Omen Elite-6 FR Guitar in Black Cherry Burst

The Schecter Omen Elite-6 FR is a mahogany-bodied workhorse built for fast, articulate lead work across rock, metal, and alternative styles. Its slim Thin "C" profile maple neck and responsive hardware deliver the stability and playability demanded in professional studio and live environments. The Black Cherry Burst finish with burl top gives the instrument visual presence without compromising functional balance.

Tone and Electronics

A pair of Schecter Diamond Heretic pickups in neck and bridge positions provide versatile output shaped by volume, tone, and 5-way switch controls with metal knurled knobs. The mahogany body construction yields warm, punchy midrange with sustain, while the string-thru-body hardtail bridge design maximizes resonance and ensures tuning stability across extended sessions.

Playability and Build

The 25.5" scale length with precise neck dimensions—.787" at the 1st fret and .866" at the 12th fret—creates a comfortable, fast feel suited to both rhythm and lead playing. A 24 X-jumbo fret rosewood fingerboard with 14" radius and pearloid line inlays enables effortless transitions and clear fret visibility, while a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod ensure tuning stability and long-term neck relief adjustment.
