Haridas Vhatkar Tabla #1 Set in very good condition.
This is a high-quality, professional-grade tabla set handmade by renowned Mumbai tabla maker Haridas Vhatkar. Vhatkar and his family are among India's highly regarded tabla makers, and his instruments have been used by many prominent professional tabla players.
The #1 set is one of Vhatkar's premium offerings. The dayan is made from high-quality seasoned hardwood paired with a substantial heavy copper bayan. These instruments are known for their clear articulation, strong resonance, sustain, and wide tonal range.
This particular set has been well cared for and is in very good condition. Both drums are fully playable and would be appropriate for a serious student, performing musician, recording studio, or professional tabla player.
This is an opportunity to purchase a genuine Haridas Vhatkar #1 set in the U.S. without the uncertainty and expense of ordering and importing a new handmade set from India, not to mention the added expense of whatever tariffs might cost you.
