A set of 3 shells, 13, 14, and 15" diameter, originally concert toms, but the smaller 2 have been drilled for resonant heads. The 14 inch drum has lugs, hoops, and heads, the other 2 are just shells. Listed as fair condition given that this is more of a project, but the shells are in decent shape with some cosmetic wear. The 14 incher is playable and sounds great.
