A Bb trumpet with a dial-adjustable bell tuning system, built by Lars Jarlt based on his real-world experience as a performer. 135mm bronze bell. .459" (11.66mm) ML bore. Bauerfeind valves. Unlacquered finish. Instrument weight 1217g. No case, body only. Made around 2006.
[Condition]
Being unlacquered, an oxide layer has begun to form, giving the surface a mottled discoloration. No dents or accident history. Fully disassembled and cleaned, soft parts replaced, adjusted and serviced throughout.
[Features]
The standout feature is a dial-adjustable bell tuning mechanism on the right side of the valve casing, letting you smoothly move the bell forward and back to adjust pitch. The sound produced by the 1217-gram body and bronze bell is thick and dense, opening up richly with more air.
