This rack is working and structurally fine just has expected cosmetics. Includes mounting clamps also and internal cables.
Condition wise the rack does have some scratches and rub spots. There is also rubbing underneath the silver and black clamps which is normal because they made them with metal clamps that rub against the black paint underneath them but when put together looks like the picture with scratches and marks. Function wise works great. Heavy duty and strong bars that can hold most drums.
