Gretsch Brooklyn 5x14 Chrome Over Brass Snare Drum NEW
Our users rate Reverb
The Gretsch 14x5 Brooklyn Chrome Over Brass Snare Drum (GB4160): Like the USA Custom version, Brooklyn’s Chrome Over Brass starts with a knurled 1.2mm chrome plated brass shell with 45 degree bearing edges. The Brooklyn version, however, is built with Gretsch 302 hoops and a 20 strand snare wire. The result is a Chrome Over Brass snare drum with more sustain and energy then the USA model. If you prefer a COB with a bit more of a mid to high frequency mix and sustaining overtones, this is your drum. Additional features include 8 Lugs, Lightning throw-off, adjustable butt plate, Permatone drum heads by Remo, and Gretsch Brooklyn badge.
