Created by our master luthiers at the famous ESP Custom Shop in Japan, made one at a time by hand, the Kamikaze-4’s most noticeable element is its aggressive sawtooth-shaped headstock. This guitar is built precisely to George’s exacting specifications, all the way down to the U-shaped neck profile that is unique to George’s design. It’s the same guitar that we’d build for George himself should he require a new one, and should be considered as an instant guitar collector’s dream come true. The Kamikaze-4 has a maple body with a bolt-on maple neck and maple fingerboard, and premier hardware features including Gotoh tuners, a Floyd Rose Original bridge, an ESP SS-120 single-coil pickup in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan George Lynch “Hunter” signature pickup in the bridge, with a single volume control that also allows for push-pull pickup selection. This pickup was specifically designed to George’s specification for a powerful and dynamic response, providing the harmonics, dimension, and firepower that George’s style demands. It's a high-output pickup with ceramic magnets and custom wind, with all the muscle for power chords and easy access to harmonic squeals, while remaining transparent enough for the “not quite clean but not exactly dirty” tones that George employs. The Kamikaze-4 comes with a high-quality hard shell case and a Certificate of Authenticity from ESP.
