Mackie Onyx 1620i premium analog mixer with built-in 24-bit/96kHz FireWire recording interface, in excellent condition. From a smoke-free studio.
It has 16 channels: 8 mono mic/line channels with Onyx mic preamps, plus 4 stereo line channels for keyboards, drum machines and similar gear. Each mic input has its own 48V phantom power switch, and channels 1 and 2 have built-in Hi-Z DI inputs for guitar or bass.
The mono channels have 4-band Perkins EQ with dual sweepable mids. The stereo channels have 3-band Perkins EQ.
The FireWire interface is 16x2. It sends all 16 channels to your DAW as individual tracks for multitrack recording, with a pre/post-EQ switch to choose whether each channel is sent with or without EQ. It returns a stereo pair for playback. Because the mixer is analog, overdubbing is latency-free. It is qualified for the major DAWs, including Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase and SONAR. The mixer also has a talkback section with a built-in mic, 60mm faders and universal power supply switching.
Note: FireWire (400/800) connection, so a FireWire-to-Thunderbolt/USB adapter may be needed for newer computers
