Ibanez Smash Box distortion pedal in excellent condition. Purchased in Tokyo and well cared for. These are relatively uncommon in the U.S., making this a great opportunity to pick one up without hunting for one overseas.

The Smash Box has a thick, aggressive distortion character that works especially well for palm-muted riffs, nu-metal, and heavy metal. It has plenty of low-end punch and sustain while retaining the focused, aggressive attack that makes it particularly good for heavy rhythm playing.

The Tone Lock knobs are a nice feature for live use: once you find your setting, the controls stay where you put them rather than getting accidentally bumped.

Pedal is fully functional and in great overall condition, with no significant cosmetic issues.
