This machine is somewhat finicky. The previous owner told me that it wasn’t recording to the left channel but it doesn’t seem like that’s the case. When using the RCA out, the signal can cut out a bit as the cables are adjusted but it seems to be recording both channels. It seems to be recording to all 4 tracks even though it seems like track 1 wasn’t recording at first. Pan functions fine. The internal mic is not responding. when recording with a blank cassette, the transport buttons were responding - machine fast forwards, rewinds, plays, etc. However, I did put a cassette of piano music on and it would not play. It is also missing 4 screws that go into the bottom of the unit to keep the shell together. There is one installed in the middle that is holding the machine together
