This is a seriously cool piece of Gibson Custom Shop and rock history, built as part of the Pete Townshend Les Paul Deluxe series and carrying the distinctive details associated with the legendary guitarist. The Les Paul Deluxe platform brings together the classic Les Paul construction with the distinctive mini-humbucker configuration that gives these guitars their own unique tonal character. This example is especially interesting as the “9” has been removed from the top, leaving behind the history of its previous presentation while still retaining its signed COA and Custom Shop provenance. 9.5/10 - Excellent
