Vintage 1940's Turner 33D Dynamic Microphone, working great (hear sample)

     Offering a vintage 1940's Turner 33D Dynamic Microphone. The 33D Dynamic Microphone is an iconic Art Deco microphone manufactured by the Turner Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Introduced in the 1940s and produced through the 1950s, it is known for its distinctive streamlined metallic body and 90-degree tilting head mechanism. It's a low-impedance mic with a cardioid pickup pattern.      

This is a first generation 33D, and it's all original, except for the black frontal plate. This mic was used in a film, so the original Turner plate was removed and a unbranded black plate was installed in its place. Testing produces a clean strong signal (which you can hear on a voice sample in the listing video.) This sale includes the proper adapter cable ending with a male XLR plug, plus the basic display desk stand.
