I am selling my Hermes mastering router.
I am selling the Hermes only because I own a second unit but now require only one.
The Hermes allows you to route a stereo audio signal through up to eight 2-channel processors in any order—which can be saved as presets—including dual parallel mixing capabilities. You can compare up to four complex processing chains at the touch of a button.
The audio and build quality are up to SPL’s customary, extremely high standards.
The unit’s feature set is brilliant; I used it with various preamps, allowing me for the first time to employ them with precise control via a dry/wet (parallel mix) knob.
I am the original owner, and the Hermes has been used exclusively in my non-smoking studio. It functions perfectly; there are only a few minor scratches on the top surface from rack mounting (please see photos).
Original price is just under €5,000.
