2003 Gibson J-160E --Excellent condition

This is the guitar that helped shape the sound of the early Beatles. John Lennon and George Harrison both played the J-160E, and you can hear it on "Love Me Do," "I Feel Fine," and dozens of other classics. This 2003 reissue came out of Gibson's acclaimed Bozeman acoustic shop. It has all of that heritage and plays like a guitar that's been cared for.

**Condition:** Excellent. It's been well maintained its whole life and stays set up and ready to play. There are a couple of very minor nicks, and they have no effect on playability or sound. Otherwise it's clean and beautiful.

**Sound:** Incredible. Unplugged, you get the warm, woody, articulate voice of a round-shoulder Gibson. It's punchy and full, and it records beautifully. Plug in and the P-90 pickup gives you something no piezo-equipped acoustic can: a rich, midrange-forward tone with real grit and character. That's the tone of "I Feel Fine" in your hands.
