Here we have a 2021 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged 1959 Les Paul Southern Fade. That‘s about the longest title for a guitar imaginable. This guitar is debatably the best Les Paul I’ve ever played, and I have played a real burst once before. Guitar weighs a very manageable 8lbs 8oz and balances nicely sitting or standing. The neck is slimmer than most 59’s you will play, but not as slim as a ‘60. It’s very middle of the road for me, and I have enjoyed that very much since owning this guitar.
