The 2018 Gibson Les Paul Traditional features a mahogany body with an AA flame maple top and a Blueberry Burst finish, a mahogany neck with a Rounded profile, an upgraded bone nut, and Gibson Deluxe tuners, a rosewood fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, trapezoid inlays, and a 12” radius, and this comes upgraded with Gibson Custombuckers and an Emerson ‘50s wiring kit. 

The idea behind this from the previous owner was to turn it into a “Custom Shop”. But an R7 and R8 later….. here we are haha. Can’t blame him and boy am I grateful. This thing is a blast to have around. With all that said, obviously I did not do the  upgrades myself. I’m passing the information that was relayed to me. Check the pics showing all the upgrades. 

Not too heavy at 8 Lbs 7 oz. and the though the profile is advertised as “Rounded”, I wouldn’t call it ‘50s Rounded. This is .83” at the first fret and I’m used to seeing closer to .87” and higher for ‘50s style necks. Point is, it feels like a nice middle ground between Rounded and SlimTaper. 

The condition really comes down to some general play wear and I’d call it Excellent personally. Some swirling/light scratching and a small finish check at the side of the nut. Frets look great, no dead notes, no choking out. Check pics. Has been cleaned up, frets polished, fretboard cleaned and conditioned, new strings. D’daddario 10-46.

Comes with a Hardcase. Does not include the original parts. Case is a little beat up.
