Höfner Ignition Pro Club Bass in a cool, striking Transparent Black finish. This is the "Pro" spec Ignition-series Club Bass — maple back and sides, spruce top, three-piece maple neck with beech reinforcement, rosewood fingerboard, and Höfner's classic staple pickups paired with the vintage-style control panel (individual volumes, on/off switches per pickup, rhythm/solo switch).
Short 30" scale makes it easy on the shoulder and back for long playing sessions, with that classic Höfner hollow-body thump.
Approximate manufacture year 2017–2021 (serial T0316H255). Höfner's own dating notes that serial numbers on Ignition-series instruments are used for manufacturing/batch tracking rather than a guaranteed build date, so treat this as an estimate.
Great shape overall — clean finish, no cracks or repairs, plays and sounds great.
Nice hardshell case, also in great condition.
A great entry point into that '60s British Invasion bass tone without the vintage price tag.
