2012 PRS Studio 10-Top – Eriza Verde – Original Hardshell Case

This 2012 PRS Studio is an exceptionally versatile Core-model instrument finished in the spectacular Eriza Verde—also known as Eriza Green. Its deeply figured, factory-designated 10-Top shifts from vivid emerald around the perimeter to an almost electric yellow-green through the center. Subtle it is not, but neither is showing up with a 10-Top PRS.

More importantly, this is one of the original-generation Studios—an inventive and relatively short-lived PRS design built around a 57/08 bridge humbucker and two Narrowfield pickups. The Narrowfields deliver the clarity, snap, and focused attack associated with a great single-coil while remaining hum-canceling and considerably fuller through the midrange. At the bridge, the vintage-voiced 57/08 provides the warmth, articulation, and muscular drive that made it one of PRS’s most respected pickup designs.

A five-way blade selector covers the familiar three-pickup combinations, while the push/pull tone control taps the bridge humbucker for additional glassy and percussive textures. Altogether, it moves convincingly from shimmering cleans and scooped rhythm tones to thick classic-rock leads without requiring a mid-song guitar change.

This instrument has been professionally inspected, tested, and prepared with care. It remains in excellent overall condition for its age, showing only light playwear and minor handling marks consistent with responsible use.
