Great condition Boss FT-2 Dynamic Filter envelope filter pedal. This pedal was only produced for two years at the tail end of the 1980s during a time when hard rock and metal reigned supreme. As a result, this pedal did not sell very many units, and is considered one of the rarer and more collectible Boss stompboxes.

Not quite an auto-wah, the effect of this pedal is more akin to a synth-like LFO than a standard wah sweep. This pedal is highly tweakable, from extreme touch-sensitivity for a more immediate opening of the filter to a mellower, more muted sound. If you're an envelope filter junky like me, you will definitely appreciate the unique sound this pedal has to offer.

Being a vintage Boss pedal, this pedal likes to see 12v of power, so a typical wall wart won't squeeze all the juice out of this pedal and it's recommended you power it with an official Boss power supply or a brick with different voltage options.

Most of the ones you see for sale online are in Japan, so avoid the any import fees and buy this one!
