All latches present and working well, all hinges good, no cracks in case, handle padding and red lining are great. Only flaw is the retaining ribbon thing is torn, as in nearly all examples, but an easy fix. Local pickup in NYC or possibly Beacon/Newburgh area with a few day's heads up. A great example.
