________________________________
A Telecaster-style model from RS Guitar Works, based in Winchester, Kentucky, USA.
The brand started out repairing vintage guitars before beginning to build original instruments based on that restoration experience, and today is highly regarded worldwide for reconstructing vintage-style guitars to a high standard.
This example has unique features that look as though a player modified it themselves over the years - dog-ear P-90 pickups, a control layout that looks custom-wired, and three different bridge saddles, all adding a playful character.
The body uses lightweight ash. The rich grain structure typical of lightweight ash catches vibration well, giving it a resonance reminiscent of an acoustic guitar. The fingerboard uses a 10-inch radius paired with medium frets for high playability suited to modern styles. The neck has a slightly thicker C-shape profile for a solid grip and stable fingering.
The realistic weather checking gives it a well-worn, dignified look - a guitar with presence whether played or simply displayed on a stand.
