For sale is a beautiful 1967 Gibson ES-175 in classic Sunburst finish, made in the USA during Gibson’s legendary 1960s era.
This is one of the most iconic hollowbody electric guitars ever made — elegant, resonant and full of unmistakable vintage Gibson character. The ES-175 has been a standard for jazz players for decades, but it is also a wonderful instrument for blues, soul, roots music, studio work and warm vintage electric tones.
This 1967 example looks stunning and has a very inspiring feel. It delivers a warm, open and woody sound, with smooth attack, rich mids and beautiful acoustic resonance. The guitar has the classic depth and character you expect from a great vintage ES-175.
The wooden bridge looks beautiful and suits the instrument perfectly. I am not sure if the bridge is original, so this is mentioned for full transparency.
