Fair / Vintage - Vintage instrument in very well-preserved cosmetic condition for its age

Julius Keilwerth Toneking Bb tenor saxophone, serial number 66 687, manufactured in Germany around 1970/71. (The approximate production period has been confirmed by Julius Keilwerth / Buffet Crampon, based on the historical information still available in their current records. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer has detailed production documentation from this period and therefore cannot provide a more precise factory date)

CONDITION

Cosmetically, the saxophone presents very well for a vintage instrument of this age, with natural signs of age and use and an attractive vintage patina to the silver finish.

The instrument has not been polished, refinished or modernized for sale. The intention is to preserve its original vintage character.

Please note that it has not been recently played or professionally serviced, so I am deliberately not claiming that it is currently fully playable. After such a long period of storage, pads, corks, springs and mechanical adjustments may require attention.

This is a vintage instrument being sold honestly in its present condition.

There are no claims here that it has recently been overhauled or that it is ready to perform without service.
