AKG C1000s Condenser Microphone, in really good condition.
Polar pattern is Cardioid, and with the addition of the included PPC1000 Polar Pattern Converter, the polar pattern becomes Hypercardioid.
Condition is Excellent, except for some minor oxidation on the carry case handle (see image), and some minor creasing to the microphone's foam grill cover, neither of which negatively impacts the microphone's performance. Otherwise the condition of this microphone could be considered to be excellent.
The microphone body holds a 9V radio battery (not included). The battery is only required if there is not an external source of 48V phantom power (from a mixer, for example). Conversely, if there is not a supply of 48V phantom power, then installing a 9V radio battery will provide the necessary phantom power, etc.
