King Tempo 1305 with Original Case
Need to clear out my small bore trombone collection, starting with this King Tempo 1305 with original case (yes, the poor man's King 2b) For a horn of this age, definitely has lacquer loss throughout but the bell is in pretty good shape. Played this on a 2hour salsa gig this past weekend and it was a workhorse. Has plenty of punch and brilliance if needed.
I had the handslide post rebuilt due it being smashed when I purchased it from the previous owner. Case smelled like 2nd hand smoke, so I fumigated it with Lysol and cleaner to remove the smoke smell.
Slide is a 8.5/10 when taken care of, not sure how good you could get it even with cleaning and maintenance as it's been around a while.
