The solid Mahogany neck features a Modern Medium C profile, long tenon construction, and an adjustable truss rod, creating a comfortable and resonant platform for expressive playing. Its Ebony fingerboard has a 12-inch radius, 22 medium-jumbo frets, and elegant Mother of Pearl block inlays. With a 24.75-inch scale length, 42.85mm nut width, 56.89mm end-of-board width, and Corian nut, the neck delivers the familiar feel and effortless playability that define the Les Paul experience.

Gold hardware and refined appointments give this Custom an unmistakable presence. An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece are paired with gold-plated Grover Kidney tuning machines, gold-plated pickup covers, brass strap buttons, black Speed Knobs, black mounting rings, and a black multi-ply pickguard. The engraved two-ply Les Paul Custom truss rod cover, cream switch tip, and black switchwasher add further touches of classic Custom styling, creating a beautifully balanced contrast between Ebony, black, and gold.

The tonal foundation comes from a 490R neck pickup and 498T bridge pickup, controlled by two 500K CTS volume pots and two 500K CTS tone pots through a hand-wired harness with a Switchcraft toggle switch and three-way pickup selector. Fitted with .010 to .046 gauge strings, this LPC-EBGH1E is supplied with a Custom Shop hardshell case and Certificate of Authenticity booklet.
