Vintage Sano WRT-50 1x15 + 2x8 Tube Combo Amp – Serviced – Excellent Condition – Made in USA
Very cool and hard-to-find vintage Sano WRT-50 tube amplifier, dating to approximately 1969. Made in the USA by Sano, an Irvington, New Jersey amplifier manufacturer known for its distinctive tube amps originally popular with accordionists and later appreciated by guitarists for their warm, characterful vintage tone.
This WRT-50 features the unusual three-speaker configuration with one 15" speaker and two 8" speakers, all believed to be original. It is powered by a pair of vintage Sylvania 8417 output tubes and features onboard reverb and tremolo. Equipped with high quality casters.
The amp has been professionally serviced, tested and is fully operational. It is in Excellent vintage condition, particularly impressive considering its age. The black covering, piping and distinctive black-and-gold grille cloth present beautifully, with only normal minor evidence of age and use.
