It gives you 8 effects loops, programmable presets, MIDI control, tap tempo, dedicated tuner output, and additional control options for amp channel switching and other external gear. It’s a really useful way to organize a complicated pedalboard and switch between multiple combinations of effects with a single footswitch.

The biggest advantage is eliminating the pedalboard tap dance — you can build complete sounds into presets and recall them instantly, while also keeping individual loops accessible when you want to use it more traditionally.

Solid, straightforward, and very capable for live use or a more elaborate home/studio rig.
