A few typical cosmetic blemishes but otherwise in nice shape.
Has been thoroughly tested, including MIDI, and is fully functional.
I unfortunately do not have an adapter but replacement versions can be had for cheap.
No corrosion in the battery tray. The brown discoloration on the terminals is from the dry rotted foam inside the battery tray, which I have since removed.
