This is a rare find! It's a closet find! Practically un-played for decades! This bass was pulled out of a basement closet and was played maybe three times (okay, I played it too) and it looks and feels like it just came from the store. This is as clean as it gets. It's not a perfect finish, there are minor swirls here and there, but there's no dings, scuffs or finish cracks (I'm looking and I can't find any)
The strings I think are also still the same ones from 1996. They feel new-ish... but I can't really confirm it.
The bass comes with the original Fender case. The latches look surface-corroded and not shiny, but they work just fine. Tools and tags in the case!
It needs a new home and it needs to be played! Make me an offer!
