This Helix has been used moderately, but has been well-cared for and has always been transported in the padded case. I've used this pedal for about 3 years, and have been very happy with it's function. Everything is in perfect working order, it has the most recent firmware upgrades, I'm just simplifying my set-up so as to tote less stuff around. I really have little use for amp or speaker modeling, but have used it heavily for the effects, and a convenient way to power my Variax JTV-69. There has naturally been paint wear on the edges of the heavy aluminum body, but I have been diligent it keeping those edges touched up with a black paint pen. All the screens are scratch-free, and there are no gouges or obvious scratches in any of the metal surfaces. The case is a Gator Transit series, currently about $140 on Amazon.
