Hello,

Up for sale is an excellent condition and very beautiful 1995 Fender Stratocaster American Vintage Reissue AVRI 57 , two-tone sunburst maple neck, original case.

Out of the same large private collection as most of our other listings.  This collection is made of original and pristine instruments only.

Great sounding Strat, no issues whatsoever.  The only thing that prevent us from listing this instrument as mint are two small scratches (one on the back, one next to the input jack on the front). The natural tint on the neck has aged into a beautiful amber color. The color is truly great: look at the pictures taken with the natural sunlight. They do reflect the beauty of this Strat.

100% original Stratocaster (body, neck, color, finish, tuners, hardware, pickups, pots, wires, solder joints, nut, frets, plastic parts etc...) but for the 5 way switch. The original 3 way switch is in the case, as well as the Fender strap.  Serial number V0946XX, neck date April 1995, pots 37th week of 1995.

This is the first version (1982 to 1997) of the '57/'62 pickups that featured unbeveled (flat-topped) Alnico V pole pieces and plain enamel coil wire. Fender changed them in 1998 (introducing heavily beveled pole pieces and switching to Formvar-insulated coil wire).

Guitar is set-up with 10-46, and ready to play (relief, action and intonation).
