Yamaha MT400 four-track cassette recorder/mixer in good working condition.
A great compact analog multitrack for recording directly to cassette, bouncing tracks, tape processing, and integrating tape into a modern studio workflow. The MT400 offers four-track cassette recording with a built-in mixer, EQ, aux send, and flexible routing.
I’ve used it primarily as a studio tool for recording and processing sound through cassette rather than as my main recorder. It’s a particularly useful machine for adding tape saturation, degradation, compression, and movement to individual tracks, loops, instruments, or complete mixes.
I’m consolidating my recording setup and moving away from having several pieces of gear covering similar territory, so I’m letting this one go.
