Selling my Epiphone Dobro Hound Dog Deluxe Roundneck acoustic resonator guitar in excellent condition. This is the highly desired Deluxe version, featuring a stunning, highly figured flame maple laminate body, bound bodywork, and the classic dual circular mesh soundholes for improved projection and acoustic warmth. It has been exceptionally well cared for in a smoke-free home environment, showing minimal signs of use and playing beautifully across the entire fingerboard.

Condition Highlights:

• Cosmetic: Excellent condition. The gorgeous vintage brown finish beautifully showcases the flamed maple wood grain. I've had the guitar since around 2009/2010 and have kept it in excellent condition for its age. I've photographed the guitar extensively so that the condition can be judged properly from the photos to confirm the above.
• Playability: Straight mahogany neck with a comfortable round profile, offering great action setup for both traditional fingerstyle and slide playing. Works great strumming too. Given the age it has a fully matured, broken-in, and woody tone that has lost any of the harsh factory "brittleness" and gained a smooth, sweet sustain.
• Hardware: The 10.5" nickel fan-pattern coverplate, spider bridge, and premium Grover tuners are all in pristine, smooth-functioning condition.

A Note on Authenticity & Serial Number:
Please note that this instrument does not have a visible serial number. However, I purchased the guitar brand new directly from Dawsons Music in Chester (still in business today with a shop in Denmark Street, Soho) — a highly reputable, official main dealer and authorized Gibson/Epiphone stockist, guaranteeing its absolute authenticity. Like many Epiphone resonator models, the serial number and model information were originally printed on a paper adhesive label placed inside the body cavity. This paper label has since come unglued and fallen inside the body, which is a common occurrence with these instruments over time. It is beyond my ability to open the guitar up to recover the label.
