Up for sale is a Behringer SF300 Super Fuzz, a ridiculously fun and surprisingly versatile fuzz pedal that has earned a cult following for good reason.

The SF300 is based on the classic Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz circuit and delivers everything from thick, sputtery fuzz to aggressive octave-like tones. It has three modes, including the infamous Mode 2, which gets you into that huge, gnarly, synth-like fuzz territory. Mode 1 offers a more traditional fuzz sound, while Mode 3 works as a useful boost with plenty of tonal flexibility.

It also has separate Gain, Bass, Treble, and Level controls, so there’s a lot more you can do with it than you might expect from a simple fuzz box.

I’ve had fun with this pedal, but I’ve accumulated enough fuzz pedals at this point that I’ve kind of outgrown this one and am making room for other gear. It’s time for someone else to put it to good use.
